Village Attorney Salary for the month

The organization Tressler LLC (Jim Boan is a partner in the firm) $63,847.13 this month for legal fees.  How much legal trouble is Bolingbrook in?  It would stand to reason that his monthly salary is more than many Bolingbrook residents annual salary.

On top of this, they received an additional $888 for a "engineering" project.  Is this the water company that has not been approved yet?  How much have we spent in legal fees for an entity not even approved by the State yet?
