Just curious, how many police are on the street at any given time?
ReplyDeleteThe number of how many are out there is not the perception of the residents. For example, if they are spending their time in the Dunkin Donuts, they are not "out" in the field.
ReplyDeleteIn order to answer the question about enough police on the street, you first need to know how many are on the street, thus my question above.
