Locally the nominations supported by Roger Claar (as in his flyer) were all defeated. This is a direction we hope to continue in the upcoming elections. People do not trust his recommendations anymore and his clout days are finally over!
We will begin to focus on the local elections in Bolingbrook scheduled for April 5th.
During the polls yesterday, we had people stationed as poll watchers to run surveys and ask about local elections. Here are the results of those five locations and their views.
We had over 500 voters surveyed yesterday.
92% claimed they were tired of the local administration and would be coming back to vote in April for change.
8% Felt the current administration was doing fine but 6% of them felt they needed fresh blood in the seats.
This is a great mind set going into the next elections for local seats. This will be a popular time to see this election process.
