Abating more taxes?

At tonights board meeting (8pm VIllage Hall), the Mayor will pass more ordinaces to ABATE approx. $66 Million Dollars of debt.  What that means is he will NOT pay on this debt for the next year, leaving the interest and actual dollars owed, to accrue.  When this debt comes due, it will be more money, more property taxes, and more sales taxes.  Keep watching, as he has been doing this all year!
