As seen on the Chicago Tribune:
State Sen. A.J. Wilhelmi, D-Joliet, and his opponent in the Nov. 2 election Republican Cedra Crenshaw of Bolingbrook, in addition to Illinois General Assembly Republican candidate Maripat Oliver of Bolingbrook are scheduled to attend a candidate forum in Romeoville on Thursday.
Oliver’s opponent, Democratic Rep. Emily McAsey of Lockport, has not yet confirmed she will attend the event, hosted by the Romeoville Area Chamber of Commerce, according to her campaign office.
Candidates who attend will get two minutes to address the audience. Time to meet the candidates will be scheduled before the presentations.
The event begins at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Lukancic Middle School Auditorium, 725 Normantown Road in Romeoville.
Candidates running for Regional Superintendent of Schools and U.S. Representative in the 13th district are also expected to attend.
For information contact the chamber at 815-886-2076.
Our question is
1. Why is Kwiat and Goodman not going head to head in a debate for this?
2. Is Cedra going to use her 2 minutes to mud sling, or tell people what she can do?
3. Will Marypat show her inexperience, or will she be coached?
We shall see!
