I am back and I am focusing on Pay to Play this week.
The first agenda item includes the bills of the week. At tonight's board meeting, Roger Claar will pass a lucrative contract to Flala for road work.

Additionally, any business entity required to register under the Act is required to notify any
political committee to which it makes a contribution that it is registered with the State Board of
Elections under Section 20-160 of the Illinois Procurement Code.
In my opinion, I would call this pay to play and breaking the campaign laws.... What do you think?
