Where oh where are the Green Room bills?

I am sorry it has been awhile since I posted my FOIA findings.  I have been busy as of late.  However, here is the first finding...

The Green room is the room located behind the sound stage.  It houses many talented actors, actresses, and other stage performers.  It is most notably used as the "bat cave" by political cronies such as Roger Claar, and Mike Evans for hanging out without public scrutiny. 

I wanted to find out who was supplying the costs for this private bar and the possible food.  I wanted to start small so I FOIAed for the Pepsi or Coke delivery bill and invoice to this location.  My hopes were to see if the budget was coming from Village, golf course, or Township funds.

Imagine my surprise when no invoices were found for this location.

What this means to me is that the expenses of this private hang out/ room of the Mayor's is being shuffled under a different fund.  I am on the hunt to find that fund and see what this private party place has cost the taxpayers!
