That's right Bolingbrook! Valley View pays Tressler LLC .40 hours at $200 an hour to review and format the response to FOIA requests. To each request!
Most people have nothing to hide and when a FOIA is requested, they send a response. At 365-U, they have to pay an attorney!
That has got to stop. Our taxpayers keep paying to the schools and they are wasting this money for frivolous expenses just to give out FOIA's. FOIA"s will always be there, but making an attorney rich off of FOIA's is not required. If you are the only school district to do this, don't you think there is a problem?
