According to the Feb. 9th invoice, Tressler LLP was aware that Devon Hodges family had threatened to sue the school board. Matter of fact, Tressler charged the school board a significant amount of money to look into the allegations as well as deal with the IHSA complaints. However, Tressler LLC failed to act.
They failed to act when it was harassment issues.
Then they failed to act when it was residency issues.
They failed to act when it was IHSA issues.
Then they failed to act in the last 6 months, leading to a very costly lawsuit that is about to strike the table.
A lawsuit the school district is sure to lose and the attorneys will get rich off of.
Isn't this what is under investigation currently in Oak park, where the same law firm, Tressler LLC has done this to the Village of Oak Park and are now in a huge lawsuit to re-pay the tax payers!
