We have worked an agreement for the Route 126 interchange off of I55. The cost is split 60% Bolingbrook and 40% Romeoville. The cost to the taxpayers for this project is $600,000.00.
Bottom line with the stories today is that they are spending. They are not Republican's, even if they claim to be. They are spending money for things that are not needed in a recession.
Mayor Claar and his Village "yes" stamped rubber board is just spending your tax money like we are all rich in Bolingbrook. The outcome is that your taxes will be doubling in a few years to what they are now.
So answer this as a resident...
Is anyone going to buy your home when the taxes are cheaper in Naperville?
Is anyone going to want to keep their home if you are paying double your tax bill?
It is time to wake up and smell the spending Republican's in this town and tell them to STOP!
