Parade in Bolingbrook

While last year the Trustees claimed they were cutting from the parade, the numbers on this years budgets showed they did the opposite.

2009-2010  $5,488
2010-2011 $7,500
2011-2012 $10,400

While the special events fees also rose from $57K to $65K
