The answer is YES, YES, YES. This is the first election in over 20 years that you have a choice to get rid of half the boards and replace them with honest people. It is the first time people have been allowed on the ballot and the first time you can vote for someone that is not a Claar "yes, yes, yes" man.
It is important because three candidates up for re-election, Brown, Shanks, and Morales have rubber stamped everything Roger wanted for so many years that we have $468 Mil in payments due on village debt, ALL of which will be passed down to US the taxpayers. They are also voting on many non-for-profit donations to their own pet charities, of which they sit on the boards to. This is a board of 6 members that need to be stopped and we can do this by voting in three new candidates to balance the board.
Although we would tell you that Bob, Rhonda, and Joe need your vote today and are your best choices, we would be happy you voted for anyone on the ballot that was not the Bolingbrook First Party stated above.
It is time for new in Bolingbrook and this might be your last chance for a while to make this happen.
Vote today and feel good that you contributed your voice to let the elected officials know you are not happy with what they have been doing...
