Low turnout can mean that the election can go in favor of any direction. Today is a low turnout vote, so every vote does matter. Historically where there is a low turnout, it be a close race. With the votes being split 50/50 for Republican vs. Independent/Dem, this could make a tricky election. Either way, we cheer the independents on and wish them luck during the dinner rush. The fact that you got this far is a great achievement and an eye opener to those left remaining on the current board.
Maybe the current board will let go of their anger enough to listen to the residents for once. So bravo those of you that already voted and voted for change.
