Evidence:
Fact: Check request receipts were requested for Mr. Trustee Morales.
Fact: Invoices were sent for Mr. Morales for both lavish $100 Springfield luncheons AND $50 Christmas dinners
Fact: A Check was cut for Mr. Morales' attendance--that's OUR tax money going to fatten Morales' stomach.
So why did Ricardo flip out;
--his standard knee jerk reaction to lie and cover up?
--embarrassed that he was caught red-handed with his hand in the tax payers' cookie jar?
--afraid that the truth about his misappropriation of OUR tax money would destroy his chances for reelection or his aspirations to run for mayor?
So did he attend or skip out forcing taxpayers to pay for empty seats? Did Mr. Claar use his name to take someone else instead?
