Low and behold, the chairman of Tricky Ricky, Leroy Brown, and Pat Shanks political party is none other than Carol Penning. The same person that booted Bonnie off the ballot two years in a row.
But the shocker is who the treasurer is. Robert Kalnicki, running for library board and earning a salary from CSC!
If this does not show corruption for the trustees giving large donating dollars to pet charities! CSC gets hundreds of thousands of dollars as donations, rubber stamped by these trustees. The two people that are a part of CSC is Carol and Robert.
Pay to play in their campaign party? Of course Carol and Robert want them to win, as the next trustees will probably vote NO to CSC donations on tax payers dimes. No more fattening their wallets on my dime!
It also states that upon dissolution of the party, the proceeds will go to a charitible donation... Fundraise and benefit CSC?
