I am tired of hearing the incumbents and trustees / Mayor blame everything on Bonnie. Heaven forbid other residents (and there are many) have opened their eyes to the truth. This latest one was so crazy I had to write to the BR to report it!
Last month Trustee Mike Lawler and his wife filed for a divorce after 30 something odd years of marriage. It is a hard time for the Lawler family. However, when Mike told people that it was all Bonnie's fault, I had to draw the line.
Lawler accused her last year of a school board members stroke and death and got sued. Now he publicly made a comment that I overheard stating Bonnie is responsible for hie divorce?
I think bringing Bonnie into everything is a little too much. It is time to take responsibility for your own actions. This is for ALL the Trustees. Stop blaming people and look in the mirror. Lawler, this is wrong and somewhere your marriage collapsed. Blaming Bonnie for it is wrong. Ricky, denying your involvement in stealing signs is wrong. What is wrong with these Trustees that they can't say they are "wrong" and apologize? Maybe the residents can easily forgive, as everyone is wrong sometimes. But you guys act like you're never wrong and Bonnie must have done it. Enough is enough!
No wonder most residents have pledged that they won't be voting for you incumbents again.
