Village Trustee Race entering the middle of the track (From horse race perspective)

Sorry to the betters out there but there is an update in the race for Trustee. 

Incumbent Rick Morales rounded the first corner but fell down on his criminal activity and wont be able to get back up.  A few days ago we gave you the story of sticky finder Ricky caught red handed stealing campaign signs.  This has put him down in this race and he might not be allowed to get back up and start running again.  It all depends on how long until his punishment is dolled out by the public and the States Attorney.

While Rick fell down on the "Track", Ken Cygan was not looking where he stepped and stepped in a puddle of incumbent muck and mistakes, and fell right over Rick.  This took out one of his legs in this race. 

Shanks saw the opportunity to step it up and try to get back in the race. 

Cozy Nash is still running in the center, but can see Shanks approaching and has kicked it in gear. 

Top three spots are still Rhonda Reed Slaughter, Bob Bowen, and Joe Napionello rounding the second corner and gaining speed.
